Contractor Management & Site Design
Site design verification of capacity, crowd flow, and ingress/egress against the Purple Guide and local codes. We manage CDM 2015 compliance, vet all contractor RAMS, and oversee Temporary Demountable Structure (TDS) sign-offs to IStructE guidance.
On-Site Operational Command
Our designated Event Safety Officer conducts site inspections and signs off the venue before public entry. We deliver inductions in the appropriate local language, manage dynamic risk in real time, and lead any RIDDOR investigations alongside visiting inspectors.
